Black Fox Cabin is located in Hayesville, North Carolina. Hayesville is a small town located close to the boarder of Georgia. It is conveniently located within 2 hours of Atlanta, Asheville, Greenville and Chattanooga.

Hayesville is within 15 minutes from popular destinations in the Blue Ridge Mountains - where there are a wide range of things to do like hiking, wineries, horse back riding, and so many more outdoor activities.

We recommend flying into the Atlanta airport (ATL) or Asheville Regional (AVL), which are both two hours away. Depending on where you are coming from, you might find more direct flight availability with the Atlanta airport.

Standard check-in time is 4 p.m. and check-out is 11 a.m. We offer self check-in to allow you to arrive and depart at your convenience. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and availability. Please contact us at hello@blackfoxcabin.com for any special requests.

Yes, we do have a 2 night minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy

To confirm your reservation, we require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your stay and is applied toward your total balance.

The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. If the final payment is not received by this date, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

If you need to cancel your reservation within 14 days of check-in, we will refund 50% of the remaining balance (excluding the non-refundable deposit) plus the full cleaning fee.

We recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind in case your plans change unexpectedly.



Rebooking & Non-Payment Policy

If a reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, the following applies:

Rebooking Fee

  • Should you wish to rebook after a cancellation for non-payment, a $40 rebooking fee will be required.
  • This fee covers non-refundable transaction and processing fees incurred by our booking platform.
  • The rebooking fee must be paid at the time of rebooking and is non-refundable.

Availability Disclaimer

  • Once a reservation is cancelled due to non-payment, the dates are immediately released back into our booking calendar.
  • If another guest books any or all of the original dates, we cannot guarantee or honor the original reservation dates.
  • Rebooking is subject to current availability only.

  • We are unable to hold dates after a cancellation for non-payment.
  • Guests are encouraged to ensure payments are completed on time to avoid loss of reservation.

Black Fox Cabin was designed for couples, and can accommodate only 2 guests, 21+ only. No children, no exceptions.
